Our primary service is to provide business plans and write grant proposals, but also includes preparation of resumes w/personalized cover letters, typing of correspondence, reports, statistical and financial data, forms, manuscripts and dissertations.
Our goal is to provide our customers with business services that will help them take their first crucial step down the road to realizing their dreams of having their own business; and help them become more successful by utilizing financial resources available to help their established businesses expand and prosper.
Our mission is to provide on-job-training to our clients by giving them that first job experience and free work skill training. We do this to expand their employment opportunities in response to the high rate of unemployment and lack of job training, to get better paying jobs and even get a paycheck!!
Our services will help lessen the load and support the efforts of government programs such as public assistance, workforce development, and youth service programs by providing work and life skills. This will help reduce poverty by allowing a chance for better jobs, which would in turn allow for a better quality of life and a healthier, improved standard of living.

O.J.T.B. acknowledges that human service organizations play a significant role by providing access to much needed services, benefits and opportunities available to our communities. So we will provide for them (the small/medium sized start-up non-profits), the opportunity to focus on organizational effectiveness, quality, resilience, quantity and commitment to excellence; and a chance to enhance the services provided to those attempting to break out of the grasp of poverty. Now, instead of having to pay an exorbitant amount of rent for a small space, we seek to provide a start-up facility to work from, administrative and maintenance services, and the opportunity to collaborate or even form partnerships while seeking funding.
